What condition are your products in?

TechRabbit brings you exciting products at affordable prices. Many items we carry have multiple condition options to chose from. To assist you with choosing the right condition, please review the descriptions below.

New: Brand new, unused, unopened, item in its original packaging.

New Hassle-Free Packaging: Hassle-Free products come in a Eco Friendly Brown Box, White box or bulk packaging. The product inside is brand new, and will arrive with all of its original accessories.

Certified Refurbished (CR): CR Products are pre-owned products that undergo manufacturer’s or manufacturer-approved refurbishment process prior to being sold. This means the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition. While only some units are returned due to technical issues, all units undergo stringent quality refurbishment process. Items may or may not be in the original packaging.

Refurbished Items: These items have been inspected, cleaned and restored to working order by a third party and are in 100% working condition. As these refurbished products have been unpacked and manipulated, they may exhibit some minor cosmetic imperfection, such as scratches, marks or discolorations. Products we sell as refurbished, always include our 1 year warranty (unless otherwise noted on the listing).These item may or may not be in original packaging

Certified Pre-Owned: The item is in used condition and has been tested to make sure it is functioning 100% properly. This means that the item may show minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, marks, or discoloration.

Why should I purchase a refurbished product?

Buying refurbished products saves you money and helps the environment! Refurbished products are often returned with nothing wrong with them, or require only minor functional or cosmetic repairs. We offer 1 year Warranty on all of the refurbished products we sell! Buying refurbished products also helps reduce environmental waste by preventing the unnecessary disposal of these fully functional products.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders are shipped same day or next business day.

We offer Free Standard Shipping as well as 3 Day, 2 Day and 1 Day Air Shipping options. Orders must be placed before 12PM EST on business days in order go out on the same day. Pricing is calculated based on weight and location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 3-7 business days once the item ships to receive your order.

Where does TechRabbit ship to?

Continental USA, unfortunately at this time we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled in most cases. However, please feel free to contact us at help@techrabbit.com with your request and we will attempt to have it cancelled.

Warranty

Is a warranty provided?

TechRabbit offers up to a 1 year warranty on all our Refurbished products. The item must be returned with all of the original contents. The Warranty does not cover negligence or damage due to normal wear and tear. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact our Customer Service team at help@techrabbit.com to receive a return authorization. Our team will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us, at no cost to you. If no replacement is available you will be given a store credit for the amount the item was purchased for.

If you are returning a phone, computer, or tablet please make sure you follow the directions below or the return/warranty will not be honored and will be returned to sender.

  1. The iCloud account must be erased and restored to factory settings.
  2. The serial/IMEI number must match what we have in our sales record.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, in the original packaging and with all of the original accessories). Simply send your item back to TechRabbit within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price. Customers are responsible for Return shipping. Items must be sent within 7 days of initiating the return or the RMA will expire.

**IMPORTANT: SORRY, BUT RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON DRONES, EXCEPT FOR DRONES THAT ARE DOA.**

How do I return an item?
